Gene Expression
We provide genomic analysis services for academic investigators, institutes, and the biotech/pharma industry. These services include:
- Detailed quality control analysis (QC metrics, visualizations, etc.)
- Gene and probe level analysis to detemine differentially expressed genes (disease studies, time/dose studies, survival studies, etc.)

SNP / Haplotype Analysis
We provide analysis of candidate gene or whole genome SNP studies.
Methodology we use:

- False discovery rate analysis and permutation based multiple comparisons adjustment
- Haplotype analysis via EM algorithm and multivariate approaches (binary PCA, PLS)
